The initial consultation is an in depth conversation about the issues you have been facing. I will of course ask you questions regarding your presenting problem, but I will also ask you about different areas of your life which may be contributing to the symptoms you are experiencing. At the end of the consultation I will provide you with a detailed, tailored treatment plan including lifestyle, diet and herbal medicine regime. This will be sent to you after the consultation so you do not need to take notes! If you opt for a consultation package then I will also support be available to support you and between consultations using the Telegram App.
Consultations take place online with zoom or live at Soma yoga studio, Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany.
