Every day throughout the course you will receive an email outlining exactly what needs to be practiced that day. This means you won’t get overwhelmed by the amount of material. You just have to go step by step.
The course begins on 12th March – on this day you will receive your first video lessons.After each week of material we will have a group coaching call. These will take place on
