Harmonium Freedom 4 week course – 14th June

    – a tool for meditation
    – a supportive companion for self expression
    – the main instrument for Kirtans with groups
    – An instrument to chant invocations to open and close a yoga class.

    A 100% flexible learning schedule as the lessons are prerecorded.
    Every day throughout the course you will receive an email outlining exactly what needs to be practiced that day. This means you won’t get overwhelmed by the amount of material. You just have to go step by step. 

    After each week     of material we will have a group coaching call. These will take place on
    on Wednesday evenings at 19:30
